This oil and gas company is a recognized global LNG player with an extensive portfolio and significant liquefied natural gas marketing and trading capabilities across the globe.

For this engagement, I was tasked to map the service design blueprint of all the parts of the process and roles involved for the full picture, of what and who interacted at which points.

I also reviewed existing wireframes and mock-ups and then used the service design blueprint for validation along with the research I had gathered from customer interviews. From the research, I could also prioritization key user journeys that were to be made a priority.

From this, I went on to create personas and lo-fi wireframes for improvements to the trading platform.
